This Saturday is my first 4th July celebration, at home, in the states in several years.. and the last time I was "home" I got stuck working, and that really sucked. So tomorrow, I am packing up the swimsuit, beach chair, cooler of Corona and Lime.... and heading to pool side at Ellen's house. I will be bring along with me this killer black bean and corn salad. Mmmmm. Love it, tainted with cilantro and lime.
