Im home. I had a great holiday in Africa. Mum got started 3 days late... but she got there..... even if she missed the African Wild Dogs! Which was her reason for going to the Selous. I even feel a tad guilty that I saw them and she was on a plane to Dubai at the time. I had to fly to Nairobi and Dar by myself, and sister Kit was all worried that I had to fly solo.... oh come on sis! I am a world traveller. I put mysel f on all the planes.... no worries. I even got to giggle at Dar when they demanded 100 us dollars for Visa fee. Oh gee! I get to PAY to visit your country!
Meeting Charles in Dar was the start of a great treat. I spent less than 24 hours in Dar.. but for some reason it seemed like days! I got there at noon... swam, had lunch, and later had dinner. I walked the town and took pics.
